If you have not already completed your housing request, please use the “Housing Request” link in the navigation bar at the top of the page to start. If you have already completed your housing request, you may use the “Housing Request” link in the navigation bar to access the link to view your current status. If you have already requested housing and need to cancel your request, please use the "Cancel your Housing Request" link on the right side of the page. Please note, after May 13, you will need to email the Housing Office at summerhousing@summer.harvard.edu to cancel your request.

FAQs

1) What is my status?

Use the link in the navigation bar at the top of the page to view the Housing Request status page. If you registered for a course, have requested on campus housing, and are paid in full, you have met all eligibility requirements and will receive a housing assignment as long as you remain eligible. Housing space is determined on Eligibility, and space will be assigned to students in the order they became eligible, and remained eligible. You will see on the Housing Request status page if you are eligible or not eligible.

2) When/where will I see my assignment?

Room assignments will be released in mid-June on the H-ticket. You will receive information regarding the H-ticket from the Registrar's Office prior to Opening Weekend.

3) How do I cancel my housing request?

To cancel housing, please use the "Cancel Your Housing Request" link at the top right of this page. After the housing deadline of May 13th, you must email Summerhousing@summer.harvard.edu in order to cancel housing. Please note that canceling your housing request after May 13th will result in you receiving only a partial refund. Please see the Housing Request page for a full cancellation and refund schedule.
